Upstairs is one large room with queen bed and (funky) full bath and additional cubby area with sleeper futon. Additional floor mattress available. Guest limit of 7 adults. Eat-in kitchen, full-sized washer and dryer, fantastic front porch with swing, small back deck and patio. There is a driveway for parking 3 cars or 2 SUVs.

Summary: Truly is walking distance to campus! We were able to avoid all of the parking issues for family weekend because we could walk to campus. The house is very clean, has a lot of space, and has great outdoor space. Well equipped with everything you need for a comfortable stay. Quiet street.
